To our friends in Janesville, Milton and surrounding areas. Our hearts go out to all that were affected by the storms that came through on Friday. The stories that we have all heard are heartbreaking to say the least. Please know we are all in this together.
Instead of our normal newsletter, we wanted to provide some resources for you in this difficult time.

Consistency When You Don’t Feel Like It is a live workshop designed to help you build momentum even on the days when motivation is low, life is busy, and it would be easier to do nothing.
Because the truth is...most people don’t fall short because they don’t know what to do.They fall short because they don’t follow through consistently.
In this workshop, Amanda will walk you through the mindset and identity shifts required to become someone who shows up, especially when it’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, or uninspiring.
Then Katie will help you turn that mindset into action by breaking down how to create simple, realistic routines and daily methods of operation that actually stick.
